Osnat Eliram, Partner

Osnat's practice focuses on managing commercial business transactions and counseling public sector clients in connection with public tenders. She counsels her corporate clients on regulatory compliance issues and assists public corporations trading in Israel and abroad in their day-to-day affairs. She additionally offers her counsel on a broad array of related issues such as investments, mergers and acquisitions, share purchases, and corporate employment issues. Osnat specializes in drafting and litigating government tenders (including tenders for television and radio broadcasting concessions) and advises her public sector clients with respect to all stages of public tenders. Osnat is also a member of the firm's litigation department, and is involved in commercial litigation, including cases involving misrepresentations, torts, and breach of contract, as well as tender law litigation. She is also a certified notary.

Osnat was a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School from 1998-99, and completed the Harvard University Mediation Program in 2000. Prior to her studies at Harvard, Osnat was an associate at another Jerusalem-based firm from 1995-98. Osnat also served as an Assistant Lecturer in Criminal Procedure at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law School from 1993-97, and as a research assistant in Constitutional Law and Property Law. Before entering private practice, Osnat was a Law Clerk to the Jerusalem Deputy District Attorney from 1993-94 and the Honorable Justice Moussia Arad of the Jerusalem District Court from 1992-93. She received her L.L.B. and L.L.M (both with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was on the Editorial Board of the Mishpatim law review. She published an article entitled "Compensation for Victims of Crime – A Proposed New Model" in the Bar Ilan Law Studies Journal, vol. 19(1), 2002.
