Chen Mehr-Kiel

Chen specializes in drafting and counseling public as well as private sector clients in connection with public tenders and offers her counsel on a broad array of related issues. Chen is also a member of the firm’s litigation department, and is involved in commercial litigation,

Prior to joining Ephraim Abramson & Co. in 2020, Chen worked as an attorney in several law firms after completing her internship and pre-internship at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co law firm in Tel Aviv (2007-2009).
