Dror Gidron

Dror is one of the leading litigators of the firm. Dror is a litigator and an administrative law specialist, that has an extensive experience with complex cases and reaching solutions to them.
Dror started his legal career in Ephraim Abramson & Co. as an intern in 2002 and has been a partner in the firm since 2012.
Before his legal career Dror managed the Hebrew University IT support call center for lecturers and staff, using his IT skills from the IDF where he served as a Computers Officer.

Dror’s practice consists mainly of civil, administrative, and corporate litigation. He has argued hundreds of cases before all levels of Israeli courts, including the Israeli Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Dror has extensive experience litigating matters relating to technology, industry, company mergers, shareholder disputes, tortious profit forecasts, administrative and constitutional law, telecommunication law, broadcasting, planning and zoning issues, Family and Inheritance law, and intellectual property. Dror specializes in complex cases and claims that involve technical and scientific issues. Dror also advises commercial clients in all aspects of their activities, advises the governmental company Petroleum and Energy Infrastructures Ltd. and specializes in Energy law and Oil.
