Guy Eizenberg

Associate

Guy’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, M&A transactions and commercial law.

Guy represents private and public companies in all aspects of public offering (equity and debt), investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, disclosure requirements, and advising the board of directors and its committees concerning various matters including corporate governance.
Guy also represents, on one hand, startup companies at all stages of their activities, from day-to-day matters to corporate financings and M&A transactions, and on the other hand, private equity funds investing in such companies.
Guy also advises clients on complex regulatory matters, in a variety of fields, including banking and insurance.

Experience

Before joining our office, Guy interned in the Corporate and Securities department of a leading firm in Tel Aviv.
In addition, Guy served as a research and teaching assistance at Bar Ilan University (Corporate Law and Insolvency Law). Guy also served on the Editorial Board of the Bar Ilan Law Studies Journal.
