Haya Spiegel

Haya is a partner in the firm’s litigation department and labor law department.

Haya began her legal career in 2000, as an intern at the firm, after completing her law studies at the Hebrew University. In 2010, Haya became a partner in the firm.

Haya has over twenty years of experience handling and managing all aspects of commercial and civil litigation cases, in a variety of legal fields including contract law, corporate law and class actions. Haya represents in all courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

In recent years, Haya also serves as a mediator and arbitrator, in a wide variety of fields. A very high rate of mediations in which she acts as a mediator ends in a mediation agreement.

Haya is co-manager of the labor law department, and in this capacity represents clients in individual claims, collective disputes and class actions, alongside ongoing advice to the firm’s clients, including regulatory bodies and government companies.

Haya is active in the public sphere, and she is a member of the National Council of the Israel Bar Association.

In 2024, Haya was appointed co-chair of the Legislation Committee, Labor Forum.
