Hila Stern

Hila focuses on counseling public sector clients in connection with regulatory issues and public tenders, and specializes in drafting government tenders in Hebrew and English and advising her public sector clients with respect to all stages of public tenders.

In this framework, Hila drafted and escorted, inter alia, large-scale national infrastructure tenders such as petroleum-infrastructures tenders and tenders for producing electricity with photovoltaic technology. Additionally, Hila offers counsel to commercial clients interested in submitting a proposal to a government tender.

In 2018, Hila served, on behalf of the Israeli Bar Association, as an academic director of the course for professional training of Israeli lawyers in the field of tender law.

Hila also provides ongoing legal advice to private corporations, and specializes in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and documents.

Hila participated in a double-track honors program, combining studies for LL.B and M.B.A (specialization in Finance). She received her LL.B (2001, with honors, Dean’s List) from Bar Ilan University, where she was awarded the University President’s Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Records. Hila also served as a research assistant in Tort Law, Criminal Law and Tax Law at the Bar Ilan University.
