Noam Benaiah

Noam’s practice focuses primarily on civil and administrative law and commercial litigation. Noam specializes in tender law and administrative petitions and represent in district courts and in the Supreme Court. Noam served in the army in an intelligence unit as an officer. Noam received both an LL.B. and a LL.M (with distinction) specializing in intellectual property law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Noam joined Ephraim Abramson & Co. in 2018 after completing his internship at the firm.
