Noga’s practice focuses on counseling public sector clients and commercial entities in regulatory matters in various areas, particularly communications. Noga was involved in some of the most important reforms in recent years in telecommunications, in matters such as changing regulatory market conditions and legislative. Noga has extensive experience litigating matters relating to commercial disputes and administrative law. She provides legal advice to major public and private corporations and institutions on all aspects of their activities.
