Rafi is a Partner in our firm

Rafi’s practice focuses on corporate and civil law, litigation, securities law, including public offerings, private placements, and M&A transactions. Rafi serves as the legal advisor to several public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Rafi also has experience with other shareholder-related matters and actively litigates these and a wide array of other commercial matters. In addition, Rafi serves as the principal legal advisor on several infrastructure projects. Prior to entering private practice, he was a Research Assistant in the Department of Economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. For the last several years, Rafi has also been and continues to be, a lecturer and Teaching Assistant in Securities Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Rafi received both an LL.B. and a B.A. in Economics (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Rafi also serves as a lecturer at the Business School at Ono Academic College and is a member of the District Disciplinary Tribunal at the Israeli Bar Association
