Ran joined our firm in 2018 after completing his internship in the chambers of His Honour Justice Noam Sohlberg at the Supreme Court of Justice. Ran’s practice involves commercial, civil and administrative litigation, with particular focus on corporate governance and class action suits. Ran also advises and represents companies and other corporate bodies, including cooperatives, on a range of affairs, as well as representing clients in real estate financing deals.
Ran completed his LLB With Great Honor at the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon Letzion, and also holds a BA in Social Science from Bar Ilan University. Ran served for several years as research assistant for Professor Suzie Navot in the field of constitutional law. During his university studies he also served as editor of periodical “HaMishpat” and of “Mishpat Mafteach” Law Journal, published by the State Attorney’s Office.
