Yochai has many years of experience representing entrepreneurs, contractors, companies, foundations and individuals, and offers his clients legal counsel at the highest level through all phases of their joint work. This includes various real estate transactions, combinations, construction agreements, sales and rental agreements, tenders, leases, and more.
Yochai has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of urban renewal, having represented entrepreneurs in dozens of projects (“Pinui Binui”, “TMA 38/1”, “TMA 38/2” and more) in their various stages.
Yochai also has experience representing apartment owners in such projects while ensuring, by any means necessary, that the apartment owners’ rights in the transaction remain intact and protected.
