Yochai has extensive knowledge and experience in civil law, including in the areas of Real estate, Commercial law, Nonprofits, Education institutions, Contracts, and appearances in various courts.

In the area of real estate, Yochai handles diverse and complex transactions amounting to hundreds of millions of shekels in all areas of the real estate transaction range – large-scale residential projects, commercial and income-producing real estate as well as urban renewal (TAMA 38) in General and Pinui-Binui projects (demolition and construction) in particular representing both “Land Owners” and “Entrepreneurs.”

Yohai regularly represents and advises corporations and individuals in a variety of areas of private law and regularly handles diverse and complex projects in the areas of real estate, infrastructure, as well as the ongoing support of various non-profit entities (third sector).

Among other things, Yochai closely advises and accompanies entrepreneurial companies, government and municipal corporations in the fields of infrastructure and energy, as well as educational institutions with some of the largest volumes of activity in the country.
