For over fifteen years, Yoni represented entrepreneurs, contractors, companies, funds and individuals in connection with combination transactions, construction agreements, sale and leasing agreements, tenders, financing agreements, rental agreements etc.
Yoni supports the transaction from the pre-contractual phase, commencing with planning and construction, tax aspects, locating existing or potential issues and suggesting creative solutions, advising in connection with the financing agreements and ending with the completion of registration of the transaction. Yoni has extensive experience with transactions in “Ha’Gush Ha’Gadol” (The Great Block) in Tel Aviv and vast understanding of their features.
Yoni provides ongoing consultation in contract law, property law, sales law and registration issues, including registering condominiums (“Bayit Meshutaf”).
In addition, Yoni is experienced in the entrepreneurial aspects of improvement of rights by changing the designations of real estate from agriculture to residential, examining the economic feasibility of a project, maximizing building rights in discussions with planning authorities and agreements with various consultants required for the planning and construction of the project.
Yoni received his license to practice law in 2004.
